"Called Mike's made an appointment for a Maintenance service call from their service dept. (which is always nice and very helpful).Set up a time and date for them to arrive. Always ask what would be best for me for am or pm. Maintenance  rep. arrived on time and date that was set up, Very nice, came in done the job that was expected, no mess. Have used Mike's for many years and have a problem or two, but no longer, looks as if they have improved, which the reason I have returned using them for ALL my Heating & Cooling service's. I think a person would be very happy with their company, once they try them. Give them a call.

"The Tech was very informative, checked everything, and confirmed installation was done correctly by builder, although it was too cold to inspect the Air Con, which I will have done in warmer weather. The Tech called and arrived on time, was neat and efficient, and careful with my home."

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. We got a military discount and they check the humidifier to make sure it is doing what it is supposed to do for about $99.
