"It's difficult to recap specifics of work done since over 50 pieces of wood were replaced, including nose caps on several windows, siding, soffit, brick mold, etc. The house has many windows, 2 dormers on a 2nd level and 3 dormers on a 3rd level. Where applicable, Steve recommended using PVC to replace wood since the PVC wouldn't rot. I appreciated this suggestion that should allow us to get more than 3 or 4 years, which is the amount of time previous repairs done by other companies have lasted, out of the job. Steve painted all of his repair work. He also made a few repairs using bondo, which was also sanded and painted. Steve is conscientious about his work and strives to do it correctly rather than taking shortcuts. Cleanup was done at the end of every day. I originally came into contact with Steve through another company for which he worked during several years. There are reviews of his work with this company but he informed me that he now has his own business.
