"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. "This is not a mold remediation company. When you hire this company, you are simply getting a mold test. Be specific when you explain your problem and what you are looking to get done. The mold technician was in and out in 20 minutes. He took an air sample and one swab, that s it. For the price of $299. Once you get the results of your mold test, they refer you to a company that is in the business of selling mold remediation products. Originally as much as $1600 for mold bombs, sprays and commercial graded air scrubber. I negotiated down to $1195. Then settled on only what I needed. Know what you want, do your homework before buying products you do not need."
