"Very happy with the Milgard Trinsic windows we had retro-fitted into our home. Emerald City was great to work with: Eric (in sales) was responsive, and I never felt pressured. He took the time I needed to get comfortable and answered all my questions... which was important, as I retro-fitted my entire home: 28 windows -- NOT a cheap job. I got 3 detailed quotes from 3 different and reputable companies, and Emerald was the most competitive, offered a great warranty, and had solid online reviews. It's important to note that the windows themselves are only half of the equation: the installation is equally as important. Trevor (and Oliver) were great installers. I opted for both nail-flange AND pocket install methods, based on my home. I had a complicated (and large) garden window in our kitchen that Trevor did some customization to get it installed. Also, his finish work and caulking were top-notch and looked great. Trevor was patient with my questions, showed up everyday on time (5 day job), and cleaned the site each afternoon. Great crew, good company... very happy."

He and Pat were punctual, worked efficiently, were courteous, and showed a passion and attention to detail that I appreciated. Adrian suggested tile layouts that I hadn't considered and liked, and handled setbacks in stride, keeping the timeline: demolition was complicated by a hidden layer of vinyl flooring, and the toilet that I wanted to install was damaged during shipment. "Our experience with PS Window and Door was outstanding.  Leslie was great to work with.  She showed us multiple options and provided good suggestions, especially for our front door which was not a standard installation.  We also visited their showroom and got other good suggestions from the owner.  Their installation team was always on time and completed all the installations efficiently and professionally.  All the doors look great, fit great, and are a huge upgrade from what we have.  I would definitely use them again.  The "B" on price is only because we did not actually "shop" the job after meeting with Leslie and visiting their showroom.  We may have been able to get a better price, but we place a very high value on how a company interacts with us and our "gut feel" about how they will be when we let them into our home. We had a very good feeling about this company, and we were not disappointed. "

"It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. The only part we are disappointed with is WHY DIDN'T WE DO THIS SOONER. We plan to add more lights in other areas in the future. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I was very happy with the repair. The guys were very friendly and easy to work with. The project took much longer than expected due to the amount of concrete that had to be removed before the new post could be reset.  The time involved raised the total cost of the repair considerably.  The new gate latch has jammed and has not yet been fixed--the gate can't be latched."
