"Pascal was the first one to call and kept in touch throughout the whole process. He was on time and professional yet personable. My husband was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism as well. We got the results within 2 business days. We would highly recommend Pascal to anyone needing mold testing services."

"Thanks to Virgil Pelton, my master bedroom and bathroom are now virtually free of mold and mildew (no fungus among us). I consider Mr. Pelton a seasoned IAQ professional whose sense organs and air sampling instruments are keenly calibrated to detect and test for the presence of mold and mildew in homes. I was very pleased with Mr. Pelton's responsiveness to my time-sensitive requests and for his resourcefulness in making referrals for services specializing in mold remediation at a reasonable cost. "Jason and his team were on time and on budget for this project and they did an excellent job and left the house clean and asbestos free. Would definitely recommend."

"James offered some suggestions regarding our home. I am doing as he suggested to see if the recommendations eliminates the air quality and concern there may be mold. He offered inside & outside advise for venting and reroofing."

"The service was great. They were professional. Josh, I this he's the owner, he was super fast. He was right on time. Everything was great. He was very clean and tidy. He took some measurement on the air quality but did not get the quality that he needs so he needs to come back. He came back the next day and completed the job without additional charge. He was very thorough, friendly and easy to work with. More importantly, he guaranteed the air quality."

"They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."

"Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall.  It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house.  Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more.  Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic.  The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left.  I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better.  Overall I would give them a B+.

"They did a excellent job. I had 3 plumbing companies out to try and figure out why I had no hot water in my home but premier did. The first company said I had a faulty water heater. Heater was only 7 years old. They replaced it and told me to wait 2 hours and still no hot water. They came back out and said it was a defective unit. They replaced it and still same issue. I hired another company and they couldnt figure it out. Here comes the professionals. Premier checked everything and found I had a faulty shower cartridge. The cold was mixing into the hot. Easy fix and we had hot water again. Thanks again premier plumbing. Ask for the tech Chriss. He is awesome."

"It was a good experience. We just walked around the house and looked at the job but I did not use them. They were on time and they called me before they came. They were precise. They actually told me that I do not even really need them. They even said that my mold was not that bad. They were honest with me and they did not try to take my money. Their price was excellent and their responsiveness was good."
