"Great experience. They were well organized and prepared once they arrived at my home. Replaced bad submersible pump, installed new VFD system, and had an electrician there for all electrical work. Job lasted about 5 hours. I contacted them on a Teusday morning with my problem and a tech arrived on Wednesday. I got a reasonable quote that day for what I needed and job was done that Friday. Two days later they called to make sure everything was ok and see if there were any problems or concerns. I recommend this company for any plumbing needs!"

"They did a excellent job. I had 3 plumbing companies out to try and figure out why I had no hot water in my home but premier did. The first company said I had a faulty water heater. Heater was only 7 years old. They replaced it and told me to wait 2 hours and still no hot water. They came back out and said it was a defective unit. They replaced it and still same issue. I hired another company and they couldnt figure it out. Here comes the professionals. Premier checked everything and found I had a faulty shower cartridge. The cold was mixing into the hot. However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work. "Greg did a VERY thorough inspection of a home I was planning on buying. After finding some really egregious problems, we decided to cut the inspection short.
