Owning a double wide, many local companies do not want to work on them, or underneath, I should say. A raccoon became lodged in part of my duct system. The rather large critter died, leaving a horrible smell and messed up my duct work. The guys found where the raccoon was, got it out, and repaired everything that was destroyed. Not one local company would help me, until I called Youngstown Comfort Systems. Not only did they remove the deceased animal for free, they drove all the way from Leetonia to Howland just to help me, after a long day of work. Because of this great customer care, I had other duct work completed. I am extremely grateful for their help. Not many companies will go out of their way for you anymore. They have a great team there. Thank you guys!"
