He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. "Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Owner and helper (son?) were on-time and efficient in replacing the worn parts in my twenty year old door.  It now glides open with a gentle push instead of having to be yanked.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite in doing the work. 
I thought the $325 was a bit high for this job but I didn't have time to get another quote.  I have since seen their advertisement in the local paper for a "Summer Special" of a Regular Roller Repair for $99 which I believe is more in-line with other vendors.  Although my job did require a track replacement which added a bit more cost and complexity to the job.

He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."
