The technician showed up on time, explained what happened (motor burned out) and the cost to replace. I approved and he got everything completed in just a few hours. "The technician was on time and provided an entire analysis of the home including the attic.  The technician performed a test to determine how much energy is being lost though out the home based on the tightness of the doors, windows, lights, fans, return vents, etc.
The technician later emailed me an estimate for fixing some of the items noted from the energy audit.  Overall, the energy audit was a good investment and revealed any concerns that I will need to fix.

"Go ahead and price out your attic insulation project at the big box stores, and then contact Energy Monster and watch their price come in lower. They can buy in bulk and get reduced prices, which means your price quote will be lower than doing it yourself. Also, their high volume machine blows the insulation in faster than a hurricane! I hired them to insulate over the garage and total time was approx 25 minutes. Courteous professional installers. Wonderful customer service in their office. And I never had to break a sweat!
