He understood exactly what I wanted to do with the new unit and adding additional zones. He spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each unit and how the design and technology worked with the new features and designs. He even helped explain and clarify issues with other quotes I already had received. I was leaning towards a Carrier unit with another company, but after meeting with Garrett he gained my confidence. I decided to go with the Trane Heatpump unit for my upstairs replacement. I also had them re-configure the upstairs ducting into two zones. Garrett worked to beat the best quote I had. The Grove installation team was top-notch (very professional and hard working). Not once did I see them sitting or standing around. They worked non-stop from the time they arrived on site to the time they left. When the installation was completed, they cleaned, swept, and vacuumed the areas they were working. After the installation, I received two follow-up calls to check on how the unit was working and whether I had any questions. The zone installation and new unit has made a significant improvement to my upstairs rooms. Completely satisfied and would definitely recommend Grove to anyone needing a HVAC contractor."

"Joe was the first to call shortly after I submitted my request for service. He had the tech out that morning who confirmed what I thought was the issue - the AC needed replacement. Since both the furnace & AC were original, I asked for an estimate to replace both. Joe's estimate was very fair given I had an estimate earlier in the year for just the AC. Because I am in a condo, choices were limited on both the AC unit and the furnance (because of size and space limitations). But Joe found a good combination of products and the install team came out on a SUNDAY! The job was not an easy one and I appreciated the team's tenacity in completing the installation. So far, everything is working well. One thing to be aware of: while the company offers an interest free payment plan, that plan is based on a higher cost (essentially I took it to mean the interest was built into the payoff period) so I chose to go with the original estimate."

We knew we'd have to pay about $18k-$22k to replace our dual-zone heating and air conditioning units based on what our neighbors recently paid so we weren't surprised when No Frost quoted $20,500 before $2k in rebates. They came out to inspect our old system and provided several options (basic, mid-range, and top of the line). They also explained each one. About 2 weeks later, we had two new top of the range units installed without issue over a two-day period. The technicians called before they arrived, were efficient, and cleaned up before they left. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"Our heat went out and we reached out to Beltway. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner and diagnose the problem. The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. At the end they walked us through the new unit and told us what to watch out for. We would definitely recommend Beltway to anyone and will come to them in the future with all our HVAC needs."

"Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked."
