"We had a humidifier installed. They installed it quickly and professionally. The installer Jimmy was very helpful and even gave me a couple pointers in regards to installing a wifi thermostat. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Called another company originally they asked how old the furnace is and I said about 5 yrs. old (it is 6 yrs old). They informed me that I should get a hold of the company that put it in because it should still be under warranty, which after I looked it was. So I called Service Today to set up an appt. to have them look at it. Andrew came out and with various questions asked I said that the thermostat we have is wifi and that is how we run it. Comcast upgraded the wifi in the neighborhood the day before and it was today I woke up and noticed that the thermostat wifi was not connected to the wifi anymore. He looked into it and noticed that when I put it on heat via by phone app or manually by the wall thermostat, it was turning on the A/C instead and visa versa. He came at a price to me of about $350 to run a diagnostic to find the issue. He did and then he comes back and tells me that the thermostat itself is burn out (I bought the thermostat from them when I had the new furnace installed 6 yrs. ago). Andrew goes to his van and of course comes with only 2 thermostats that he has on hand. One is not wifi and it was $350 or so and the other was $800 which was wifi programmable. He did say we could just go and get one from Best Buy or something but we would have to install it. We decided on the lower cost of the 2. As he was installing it I looked up the retail cost for the same exact one he was putting in (Honeywell T4Pro) and it was $75 at Best Buy. I mean really.........that much of a mark up in cost!!! It is like this company does not understand that we are in a pandemic and that money for so many people is really really tight!! To gouge customers like that. As I sat in my office crying about the cost I let myself get washed into, after a while I asked Andrew why such a big cost increase on the thermostat. He said he has nothing to do with the pricing of items, which I understood. Andrew was a nice guy and just doing his job. I put this gouging at the feet of the company because right now, people have to decide to either pay a heating/electric/etc. bill or pay a company a massive cost to have a thermostat put in. Andrew did take down some wires that were for a humidifier that was on the old furnace prior to installing the new one and also cleaned some dust and lint from the furnace. Will I call these guys again, only if I know that there is something wrong with the furnace that is under warranty still, other then that, I cannot afford them. They were better when they were Airtech. The C rating I gave it has more to do with how nice Andrew was then the company. For the company itself, I give it an F"

"I contacted SOS over the weekend and the technician was able to come on Monday night (great considering my work schedule). He was on time (within the 2 hour window agreed upon), courteous and thorough. After he installed the unit in a timely manner (my 3 yr son thought it was really fast) he explained how to operate it efficently and gave tips for optimal wear and tear, very professional and thoughtful (above and beyond if you ask me)! He also left the work area very clean, unlike some install experiences we've had. We would definitely call SOS again!!!"

"He replaced the shower valve. He tested the water. He did not look at the water softener because he said I needed a new water softener because after you take the salt out the softener it no longer works. The plumber said he did not charge me for the inspection and I told him I already paid for it through Angie's List, he was not familiar with how Angie's List worked."

"My Pro Service Pro was here when promised, completed the job in the estimated time frame (one hour). He was very professional & I had a good gut feeling about him. After discussing the job at hand I had full trust in his workmanship. I've had several plumbers
address the problem with our hard water issue before & still we've had these leaks, it was getting very expensive. I'm convinced that the install of the new flex-pipe has fixed our long time problem. I also thought I'd take advantage of his other skills & ask him about my very old furnace. He provided recommendations that I will put in place today that are easy & that I haven't been doing in the past. I know where I will go when I need future plumbing needs. I'm very happy about this service, finally a trustworthy plumber!
