"I contacted Aire Serv Over the Mountain from all the great reviews I read from Angielist . I call and made an appointment with Heather and she said she will call me back to see when the service tech could be out, she call me back immediately (within a minute) and said he can be out there either tonight after six or in the morning around 9:00, I told her in the morning was fine. Sure enough the Service tech Matthew call and said he was on his way out and was there at the schedule time. He was very professional, extremely nice and well groomed. He walk me through step by step what he was doing and what was going on with my heat pump and broke down to me in a way that I understood how it should be properly working. He gave me his best suggestion on what I should do in order to get my power bill back down to a normal cost, he wasn't a pushy seller at all. So I decide to get my entire unit replace because it was old and was their since the house was built. Matthew had the installation guys out there First thing Monday morning. The installation guys Justin and Josh was also nice and professional they went to work immediately and when they got done they showed me how to work the new thermostat and cleaned up everything after they were done. I will most definitely use them again.

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"the service went very well. I was disappointed that he didn't move the dryer out and cleaned where the vent entered the dryer. I guess not too many vendors do that anymore. The cleaning from the outside did make the clothes dry faster.
