"The removal and installation went very well. The work area was cleaner after they left than before they came! There was no damage done to the house or yard. The door operates great and looks wonderful. Two cautions: Keep in mind the quote does not include the cost of a town permit. Final payment may be expected before the town inspection is done."

"This is a family owned and run business. The do very high quality work at a very competitive price. They will also stand by their work if there are any issues. I had a slight issue with my gutter install which I noticed after the first hard rain, probably a month after the job was complete, and they were out the next day to correct it. My next door neighbor was so impressed he also did a whole house siding and window job."

"The job was done quickly efficiently and neatly in a 1903 house where leveling and a stiff floor was essential. Working on older houses can prove challenging. A previous contractor's job was so poor the tile had to be torn out and thrown away. The new installation looks like new construction, It is solid and level. Mr. Rodriguez was consistently polite and cooperative. He did preparation and cleanup work that was not required in the contract. He also made suggestions and did work that involved significant amounts of time and labor without asking for increased compensation. We have already asked him if he would undertake other projects with us."

"Very well! Sam did the estimate and the installation. He was pleasant, courteous and obviously took a lot of pride in his workmanship. He installed a new, pressure-treated 6-by-8-foot frame for the door as well as tracks and all the mechanicals. The steel door isn't of the best quality (I bought the cheapest one they had), which isn't Sam's fault. I did have a problem with the lock after the installation and Sam returned and fixed it promptly."

"Jacob and his colleague were great. Foolish me: my kids had moved stuff in the garage and blocked the sensor. I called these guys for nothing and--amazingly--they charged me nothing after they made the trouble of coming out. I do want to replace door mechanism and doors soon. When he visited, Jacob discussed it with me clearly and constructively. I think the estimate is fair and when we have finished other home projects, we'll be calling on Jacob for our garage door work. Courteous, prompt, and kindly. Looking forward to contacting them again."

"Jim and his team were knowledgable, professional and very thorough in their work.  We are very pleased with the results.  Jim is creative and finds a way to get things done when faced with challenges.  We had a 2nd story window which was difficult to reach due to landscape and Jim handled it smoothly and with no problem.  His team was conscientious and took their time to make sure each opening was done properly to insure a weatherproof installation.  We highly recommend Trust Builders LLC and are making arrangements to use them again on a basement remodel."

"The job was done quickly and professionally. Demo and installation was started and completed within one week's time (May 20-May 27). The results look fantastic and we are very satisfied."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"All-in-all, things went well.  Several other contractors contacted from Angie's List during the bidding process never responded to my inquiries.  Given that, the fact that David followed up, showed up when promised and completed the job is worthy of praise.  David performed the work detailed.

"We contracted Exteriors of CT to do a siding replacement. Our house had cedar shakes that were continually peeling and we also had some wood rot in places. Chris Luby was one of the first people we contacted because of the great reviews from the past. His response was quick and personal. We did an initial walk around of the house and he pointed out what his recommendations were and it was within my expectations. His quote was quick, competitive and fair. We received quotes from two other firms and Exteriors got the job. One thing that was a huge differentiator was that Chris didn't nickel and dime us on the job. We negotiated a few changes to the initial quote and the job got underway. The crew that did the job, Alix and Jose, were hard workers and their work product was excellent. They were great to work with and were always responsive to any changes that we made along the way. The quality of the final product is above our expectations (and our expectations were high!). We highly recommend Exteriors of CT."
