"Keenan (the owner) is not only extremely polite and knowledgeable, but honest and will save a customer money where he can. The work is meticulous, I would highly recommend."

"I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by McGinley & Sons. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive the promised refund for work that was never completed. As a cancer survivor undergoing surveillance scans, the refund would greatly assist in covering my medical expenses. The lack of response and follow-through has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. In addition to this, I had to hire a lawyer to recover my down payment, which cost me additional money. Moreover, he did not offer to compensate me for the extra expenses, including hiring an electrician to install a wire for the heat pump he could not install. Despite repeated attempts to have the deposit returned, I finally received it after engaging legal assistance. I hope this review will encourage McGinley & Sons to address this matter promptly and fairly."

"I discovered I needed a new furnace and also a new toilet in our main floor bathroom of our house the week before Thanksgiving. I used Angi to quickly get a few company estimates and decided to go with Sanford Temperature Control/High Ground. I was very happy I did. Zach Lewis, the project manager contacted me, reviewed his estimate with me, scheduled all the work to be completed the day before Thanksgiving and followed along to be sure it was finished on schedule. He and his team did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Thank you Sanford Temperature Control/High Ground!"

"The guys I worked with to complete a wiring project (new baseboard heater installation including new wiring) were outstanding! Definitely going to bring them back to replace our existing breaker box as a result of my experience working with them."

"Installation was very quick. The crew that did the actual work were very efficient and friendly. All my questions were answered. Always had good communication."

"We needed our old heating ducts replaced and new/ insulated ones installed. The work was done very professionally and timely. We have to add that they took the time to bring in an extra crew for the installation as the heat index would be around 100+ The next day and we needed our AC up and running. We would highly recommend them"

"Mitchell was very professional and great at the work he’s done on my 2 homes. I’ve had 2 bathroom remodels. Funace and hot water heater replaced. Put an expansion water tank on one of my homes. Hooked up my water for my new refrigerator and dishwasher. Have not had any issues with his work. Highly recommend."
