The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They even took time to touch up some of the exterior paint as they worked. ?By the end of the day we had new windows and you would not have known they had ever been here.? Within 24 hours I had a call from management checking to make sure i was pleased with the installation and to ask if I had any questions and/or issues. "I phoned to schedule an estimate for a refresh of our master bath. The person on the phone asked for specifics of what we wanted done. When I told her we were interested in installing a new tub, replacing the countertops, and updating the mirrors, she very politely said that they have a $10,000 minimum and that this work did not sound like it would meet that threshhold. It was helpful to know that this was their policy so we did not waste time for either party.
While they will not perform this work for us, I would be willing to contact them again for future work should the need arise.

We made quite the list and felt we were unlikely to get everything done in the allocated 3 hours. We were quite pleasantly surprised when the list was completed in only half the time!
