"Received three in-home estimates, an estimate from Lowe's, and an estimate from Home Depot. While not the cheapest, DMD was not the most expensive, either. We purchased a Pella Designer French Sliding Door with built-in mini-blinds. From the time we ordered the door to the time it was installed took just over five weeks. We love the door, and it has eliminated a draft. The DMD staff was professional and the installation was excellent. Provided two before photos and two after photos. We plan to replace another exterior door in the near future and we will be calling DMD again."

"Koality was great. Original cedar siding gave out after 35 years. No amount of repair and repainting was going to work. Replaced with James Hardie cement board lap siding, rustic series by Woodtone. Very difficult product to install properly without scratching the factory two-tone paint job. As well replaced 15 of the legacy windows with Pella's. Lots of cuts and detail work in the install. Koality did a really nice job, and their attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout. For reference, recently visited an "open-house" of semi-custom homes near me; the quality of materials and the install that Koality performed on my home was in my opinion far superior to that of these new semi-custom homes that are selling in the $750,000 - $1,000,000 range."

I called Foothills Garage Door and within thirty minutes on a Saturday afternoon he was at my house and working. He took one look, figured out what was needed and went to work. The gentleman who did the work was very friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Our eight year old Whirlpool washer began showing Error Code F35 and would not function.  I called ProServ and arranged for an appointment the next day.  The serviceman arrived promptly and was quickly able to find the cause of the problem -- a faulty pressure sensor.  Unfortunately, this was not a part stocked locally, and so it had to be ordered from a distribution center.  The new sensor arrived two days later, and was installed the same day.  Voila, the washer was fixed!

Regarding pricing: the initial diagnosis was $50; the part (which cost less than a dollar to make) cost $132; the remaining repair charge was $108.  Given that the serviceman needed to make two trips, I think ProServ's labor charge was fair.  I checked online the price of the Whirlpool genuine replacement part, and that cost was simply passed along to me with a negligible, if any, mark up.

I gave ProServ the highest possible positive review because the company earned it.  ProServ was quick in its response, diagnosed and fixed the problem as rapidly as practicable, and was fair in its pricing.

"I had gotten a quote for residing my house from Tom at Superior Products, along with other vendors, back in 2007.  It was too expensive at the time so I put off the project for a time.  But when I was ready, I called Superior back.  Tom still had the old quote with all the measurements and photos, even including a picture of my old dog. 
Tom listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions.  He gave us samples, explained the differences between materials we could use, and helped us decide what to include in the project, for example painting doors & trim, gutters, and all the details.  Knowing that this was a big project, he offered suggestions for where we could put off work for now.  He was patient while we went through some iterations and made himself available to meet in person when requested.
Materials were delivered on time and the work crew showed up as scheduled.  The project stayed on schedule and within cost.  Tom was very persistent during the quote period to understand the project down to small details so that the cost and schedule would be right.  And they were.  We did have a delay due to missing special-order materials.  That lost us some time due to the delivery plus some time for the crew to cycle back to us.  When they were available again they worked through the weekend and got it done. 
The last steps were painting the trim and doors and hanging gutters.  Once that was done there was still some trash to hall off.  Another excellent Superior Products general contractor Dave helped worked with us during the project while Tom was unavailable.  Knowing that we were going out of town, he paid to expedite the final cleanup so that it would be done before we left.
The only thing that the county inspector said was: "They did a really good job!"
