"I am so happy with our new garage door that was installed today, 7/5/2022 by Antonio Ayala. He was professional, polite, efficient, and patient. Antonio was very diligent and meticulous with his work. We can’t thank him enough for the wonderful service. Corey from the Sales Department was nice, professional and responsive. I would like to recognize Andrew who did the measurement. RW Garage Doors has an amazing team. Thank you so much! Aimee Custodio"

"All of our windows and sliding doors probably dated back to when the townhome was built in the 70's. They were single pane and didn't work very well. Five star windows did an excellent job on the install.  I would recommend the quality of their product and install to anyone.
One of the reasons for the expense is the HOA does not allow one to just replace windows, you have to go back into the stucco and re-frame the windows. Several people have told me that not only is this the right way to do it, it saves aggravation later on because since the window is into the frame of the building itself, there are no issues with settling.
The only issue we had is that someone forgot to pull a permit with the city of Saratoga and the inspector showed up for the pre-closing inspection and shut them down until they pulled the permit. This is a contractor who had just done over a dozen installations in our complex; they should know better. The result was a little bit of nail-biting on our part as this was just before thanksgiving and we had scheduled cleaners, handymen, etc in anticipation of their completion date.  As it was, they did complete it two days behind schedule so everything worked out OK"

"The work was done very professionally for a great deal. The job demand was to mount two cameras, one in the front door and the other jn the garage. Oscar and Alejandro knew what worked and was not afraid of putting out suggestions on how to improve it. When a plan might not work, we came up with a different solution that achieved the same goal. Will definitely hire again!"

"It went seamlessly. Very good installation. Very satisfied."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced. The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. The work that they did proved to be good one and I see that in my monthly bills. It was a 2 weeks work and I am completely happy with my decision to hire them."

"The complete job was done in two days. The workers drove from Patterson to Soquel (two plus hours), arrived on schedule at 8:00 AM the first day and 7:30 AM the second day. They covered all furniture, walls, floors, sidewalk and driveway out to their truck. Our responsibility consisted of removing ceiling light fixtures, smoke detectors, curtains within 6" of the ceiling and putting away small items so they would not get broken. The first day they removed the popcorn, did repairs and textured the ceilings. They left the heat on overnight to dry the texture and painted the second day. At the end of the job they cleaned everything, including vacuuming the whole house."

"Guys were fast and nice. Everything went smoothly once we got an install date nailed down."

"I bought two of the window packages at the end of September. Measurements were taken, the windows were made and in a storage facility, and the the rain started!  Finally had them installed yesterday, the guys were very thorough and professional, right on time and very cheerful.
Great service, great price, and they look wonderful.
