"S.R. Insulation was great from start to finish. They are the only one from Angies List to actually come out to see the project and ask questions before providing me a solid quote. They were at the job site the day & time they first suggested (a rarity it seems these days). Then they said they could turn around the project within a week, and they showed up on the date/time again and did the work. Had great work ethic and care, cleaned up after themselves, etc. Would highly recommend them for spray foam insulation jobs. English is a little rough but keep trying - they are worth it."

"Contacted energy attic usa for information on their products and received an abundance of help from two very kind and friendly people- Kent and Amy.  They are a husband and wife team that take great pride in what they do, the american made products that they use, and in customer satisfaction.  I had many questions that related to my existing air conditioning unit and ductwork and Kent was more than happy to answer ALL of my questions!  I had originally planned to be home on the day of the scheduled install, but an emergency came up with one of their employees and so they had to reschedule the work at my house.  I was not happy because I wanted to be at home when the work took place and could not take off from work.  Kent understood and gave me his word that he would stay at my house and oversee the work until everything was completed.   Overall, I was very happy that I used this company and would recommend them to anyone else.  They displayed quality work and to my delight- left all the areas where they had worked clean!  Cynthia

"The folks at DFW Home Insulation were great from start to finish. Allison handled all the scheduling and was very responsive. Jeremy came out for an estimate on Thursday, was prompt and professional, and had a quote ready right away. It was a very competitive so I signed up and they were able to come out and install my new attic insulation 2 days later. The day of the install they were were very prompt. The install took a little longer than expected because my house required some additional prep work, but they communicated with me about the extra time needed. Overall very pleased with the process and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to have extra insulation added to their attic."

"Lance came out and gave me a bid for adding insulation in my attic along with a solar attic fan. I was very pleased with the whole process from the initial bid to the final product.  Also scheduled adding new insulation.  His work is reliable.   We had a few hiccups on the timeline of getting replacement unit installed due to call load. We plan to use him for normal maintenance going forward.

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Affordable Siding and Windows did an AWESOME job! Jessie and his crew (all employees not contractors) were all very courteous while working on our house. Jessie was on site every day to inspect the work and was very proactive in his communications with us. I've been very impressed with the workmanship and level of detail in all aspects of the job; they really know what they're doing. They actually cleaned up before they left every day so we were never stumbling over any debris or work materials. Their pricing was comparable to all other quotes we received while using better materials (thicker siding with Tyvek and insulation panels, double hung windows and custom gutters & down spouts). Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work as well as their professionalism, and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family."
