"Technician was very knowledgeable and easily answered any questions. Service included a very thorough cleaning, check of pressures and test of electrical components. The service was good, but I guess due to the high demand it was a few weeks before they could do the service. Overall, it was well worth the money and very professional service.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Very good. This was our first time having this done so we didn't know what questions to ask to get a complete estimate. Because of this they added extra services to ensure we would be happy with their work. Very polite and clean. Would definitely hire them again."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
