"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. "They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
