"I've used Service Now Inc for many years. Frank (the Furnace Whisperer) is fantastic! Not only do you get quality service but he provides useful education geared toward your safety. He really knows what he's doing. This company and Frank provide great honest service and it's great peace of mind to have them work on my heating & AC."

"They did a thorough comfort assessment with blower door test and infrared analysis throughout the house and recommended changes - some of which we could do ourselves. They also reviewed our heat pump and determined that it was way overized. So we wish we gone to Revival before we installed our new heat pump, and recommend others do the same."

"This is the second time that I used Air Control Systems for installing new AC. Mark gave me the lowest price among several bids while providing outstanding service. I highly recommend them without reservation."

"We had a very old system in an added -onto home, so we needed help figuring out what the best system would be. Chase was very knowledgeable and communicative. The work was superior, and we are very happy with our new system."

"They were on time. They diagnosed the problem and, although the furnace seemed to be constructed to make repairing it difficult, they fixed the problem. My only complaint was the bill was one line (parts and labor) with no breakdown of how much each was. It was not too expensive, so no problem. It just would have been nice to have it broken down."

"I contacted the branch of this company in Clackamas, since they had performed a heating system checkup in 2015, and I was impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism. I called them around 830 AM, and they were booked for the day, so we scheduled a visit for the next day. The tech (Paul) called and arrived as scheduled. He did a diagnosis and needed to order a part (sequencer) to get the furnace working again. At the time Paul wrote up the service order, we agreed that he would replace the fan relay as well as the sequencer. He then presented me with a bill for $458, which included a 5% Angie's List discount. Paul came out with the part the next day and got the furnace running again. I was disappointed that the fan relay had not been replaced, and after checking Amazon and a couple of other parts sites, found that a sequencer should only cost $30-$50! I called the office and complained about the excessive bill, but they did not want to talk about it. I felt that I was gouged by this company for this repair. I understand that there are labor and equipment expenses associated with the repair, but I believe that this was still too much, especially when all the requested repairs weren't completed! I believe that the amount should have been half or less that what I was billed."

"Update April 7, 2022 - Another flawless incident of excellent service. Part of our HVAC is an important electronic filtering system we bought 12 years ago when they installed our system. My wife experienced respiratory distress at the same time we noted a "green light" went out on the filter. Specialized Heating & Cooling responded on the weekend to diagnose, set up repair, and clean the system sufficiently to ease her distress. The necessary part was ordered and installed. . Hayden (emergency tech) and Justin (go-to tech expert) were their usual astonishing selves during the process. Sarah Streeter has excellent hiring standards and developmental skills. Her people are TOP NOTCH."

"I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). We decided to go forward with things this Fall and, in preparation, I arranged five companies to give estimates. I had some good (and not so great) experiences) but kept coming back to Anderson. The price was right and the owner, Steve, was low-key, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I'm happy we chose them to install replace our system. The installation appointment was incredibly smooth and I was never pressured or upsold. There were no surprises and the price was exactly as estimated. I hope to enjoy a lot of low-to-no maintenance years to come with our new system, but I will definitely be using Anderson for my future needs. I highly recommend them as a company."

"It went excellent. I am a realtor and I have used them several times, I also refer them to my clients. They are one of my go to sources for servicing oil furnaces. The staff is one time, knowledgeable and friendly."

"Servicer did an excellent job, pointed out a couple of things we could do to improve the function of the system on our own, and gave us a list of bid prices for possible upgrades to the control system (thermostat). Would certainly use them again if we have problems or questions which we cannot answer on our own."
