"Great!  They came out on the worse day of winter when the city was practically shut down and schools were closed due to snow.  Still made their appointment and very punctual.  The specialist was professional and very thorough.  He originally scheduled to spend around 3-4 hours with his inspection but it did not take that long.  He measured the exchange of heat and air through out the house and measured the insulation of the walls, floor and roof.  He inspected the windows and doors for quality and leaks.  He calculated our energy bill and usage on our household appliances(washer, dryer, refrigerator and so on). He gave us a full 14 page report that same day after the inspection.  My husband and I were very pleased with this service.

"great!  Mr. Nash is an older gentleman who knows alot about furnaces.  He was very thorough and explained how everything worked.  It would be good to take notes during his assessment, as he gives good advice for running and maintaining your heating system.  Also, Mr. Nash just does a brief report on his receipt, no sophisticated computer generated report with photos.  But he was prompt, personable, professional and an expert on heating systems; just what we needed!  Would hire again.
