"I want to thank Angie's List for helping me know about local companies and all their information, to make a clear choice. I called the company and talked to the lady in the office. She was really helpful and explained the differences in the systems, cost and answered other questions I had. She took her time with me and didn't 'talk down' to me but made me feel at ease and knowledgeable of the products. She said she'd have Mike, owner, come out to check the unit I was telling her about and answer any questions I had. He was right on time and was great to explain everything in terms I could understand. He checked the unit and told me what was wrong and my options. I never at any time feel pressured to have it repaired or buy a new unit. I had all the information I needed to decide, and I took overnight to decide. He put a new part in my old unit, to get it up and running. He said he'd leave it in place while I was deciding what I wanted to do - repair or replace. My unit was about 20 years old, and was at the time not working. He was very nice and thoughtful and never pushy or intimidating. When the unit was installed several days later, a new thermostat was also installed. I was given instructions on it and how to set it up with my computer and cell phone. The old unit, and all the mess involved in the installation, was cleaned up and hauled away. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Great job and the nicest people."

"For 2 days I didn't have heat in the upstairs HVAC unit without shutting the unit off in the attic and rebooting it. Reid came and performed multiple diagnostic checks to determine whether it was the "mother board" or the pressure switch. The pressure switch was replaced (still under warranty, 10 years parts and labor) and after 18 hours everything is working normally with the heat. Since Reid was here, I had him clean and check the AC unit for freon and cleaning. I didn't need freon and he cleaned the outside unit and the drain line in the attic Good communications by Reid to me. He was thorough and neat. Total bill with tax was $118.00."

"R&B is awesome. We met R&B Climate Control not long after purchasing a new home. We had lost Air Conditioning due to faulty wiring. We hired another company to fix our AC and they replaced a junction box for $300.00. This repair held for a couple of days. I was traveling for work when the unit went out again one evening. It was a hot summer night and my wife and kids were miserable in the heat. I found Russell the owner of R&B and he was there within the hour. He found the wiring problem was in our main circuit breaker, tightened the screw and was done for the cost of a service call. I have since referred R&B to friends saving them money. One of my neighbors was told by a competing company that they needed to replace their entire system because of a leak that did not exist. Russel fixed their unit for $75.00."
