After getting five estimates from local companies, Builders Heating and Cooling were by far the cheapest and I received the top of the line equipment. Steve and Mike were very courteous and professional in what they do. They explain to me everything that they were going to do from start to finish. I was very surprised on how neat the installation turned out and how quickly it was installed. They removed all the old equipment and cleaned up there mess ( and some of mine). Once they were finished, they took there time to explain to me how everything operated. I am very happy that I contacted Builders Heating and Cooling, I will refer them to anyone that wants a great heating and cooling system for a very reasonable price. "Our A/C had been out for some time but we were delaying getting fixed for financial reasons. My parents stated they were coming for a visit and my father, due to his health, is unable to tolerate heat. I called Mallard, specifically the owner, Mr. Lawrence Titus, and he had a service tech to my home within about an hour. The technician was clean, neat, and very professional. A nice bonus was that he did not smoke so in spending time around him I did not have to deal with the odor. The service provided was excellent and quickly completed and the tech was very responsive to questions, providing knowledgeable and courteous answers. The company has changed their name to Air Quality Solutions and their website is AQSOHIO.COM. Their rates are fairly standard for the industry from what I have observed. I see no reason to go anywhere else for service as I can't see how anyone could have done anything better or faster. In fact, I would like to see someone try to do so."
