I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

"Our AC went out on Friday afternoon. The Aire Serv repair tech, came out on Saturday morning and told us what we already knew...that our 21 yr old AC unit needed to be replaced. The install team (Richard & Justin) arrived promptly at 9am on Thursday and got straight to work. The removal and install was smooth and painless. They finished up around 5pm and spent an additional 45 minutes explaining how the new equipment worked, how to get the most out of the system, and answering our remaining questions.
