"We have been using Golden Aire for maintenance and repairs for the past 8 years. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous, as well as fair in their pricing. Case in point, we had Daniel come out to do our summer A/C maintenance. Daniel discovered that coils were bad and leaking coolant. We received our quote for the parts and repair. The cost was estimated at $3k (ouch!) Parts were ordered and Daniel came out within a weeks' time. I can't state highly enough how impressed we were with Daniel's knowledge, professionalism and most importantly care. Daniel was able to save us $1,300 as he discovered that after fixing the Nitrogen leak and replacing the refrigerant there was no need to replace the coils. "Air conditioning in one zone stopped working over very hot weekend.  Called three companies to get a quote on possibly replacing both zones before I spent money on repairing a 17+ year old unit.
Diamond was the first company with availability.  Before they came over to give a quote, Bob called to ask me a few questions about the nature of the problem.  He speculated over the phone of what the problem might be and what the cost of fixing it would be.
He arrived for the appointment at the appointed time and proceeded immediately to fix the unit while talking to me about an estimate to replace both zones (2 systems).  He spent extra time hunting down an electrical connection issue in the unit and when done, checked out the flow readings of the system.
$258 dollars fixed the problem.  Since I had scheduled him for a quote, he offered to remove the new part that he had just installed or I could leave it in and if I decided to buy a new system, they would credit the repair of this unit back against it.  I elected to have him leave the fix in place.
Bob quoted me an exceptionally good price per unit for a quality Lennox system.  In fact a competitor who came the following day said that he wanted to see a copy of a written quote because Diamond's price was too good.
Although I've decided for the time being to not replace both systems, I would select Diamond Heating and Air in a second!

"Bon was very helpful and luckily had an opening for my HVAC unit during a crazy heat wave when all of the other big companies flaked on me or didn't have openings for weeks. My unit wasn't pumping out cool air and it was 90 degrees in my house during the heat wave. His prices and services were very reasonable. He gave me a free estimate by checking my vents and my unit. Luckily I just ran out of refrigerant and he was able to refill it when he found out I had very low levels. He noticed the builders who installed the unit was lazy and didn't waterproof the wiring correctly so he found a pool of water collecting in the sleeve holding the wires.
