"Short: Had them replace my upstairs full HVAC system, completely walked through all possible options to make it perfect and extremely happy with every single employee that I came in contact with from Jon the owner, to Jordy the air flow expert to the installers Wayne and Kevin. Will only use them for service/maintenance/issues going forward. Long: We had a different AC company come out for a tune up, they said that our blower needed to be replaced and that there was mold found. It was going to be close to $1k to replace so I started looking at replacing the whole system since it was 10 years old. Comfort Monster came out and actually showed me the system and that there wasn't any mold or growth that he could find. He told me in his opinion the system looked exactly like a 10 year old system should and there wasn't anything that needed to be done. He stated flat out he wouldn't suggest doing anything instead of trying to sell me on anything. I work from home full time and it gets really uncomfortable so I made the decision to do it anyway. Jon was in contact with me and gave me an awesome price on an amazing system. Jordy came out and walked through everything I could do to improve the system from increasing/decreasing ducts in the attic to adding a media filter. I had never heard of a media filter, but went with it because I wasn't changing my filters in the 12 foot ceilings like I should have. Installers were awesome. So courteous, they actually put down a plastic strip up our stairs so as not to track anything. In addition put down protection under the attic so as not to damage the floors. Extremely happy with the whole experience, will be recommending them to everybody."

All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem (failed blower motor and capacitor) and assured me that it would be fixed the same day. Once he found the part he quoted me a fair price and after the work was done, he charged exactly what he had quoted me. He did not once try to sell me a new unit or a maintenance contract or any of those things the big companies often do. "It was the middle of the summer ant the air conditioner stopped working.  It was on a Friday and the nice thing was by the afternoon they had someone out to the house.  We were worried, because sometimes you call HVAC companies and they tell you it will be several days, so they sent a technician and he diagnosed and repaired the problem in the same day.  I was happy and impressed with that.  The only thing I would say is that the cost for the work that he did seems a little high, but being able to fix it in a timely manner we were okay with the price.  We had previously used them.  They installed the HVAC system about four years ago in our home, and since they were the installer of the system, we continued to use them."

"Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."
