I think it was on a Friday, the nice thing was I called them that morning and by the next afternoon they had someone out to our house. Sometimes with HVAC places you call and they tell you its going to be several days. But they sent someone out and they repaired it in the same day. The cost seems a little high for what they did, but since it was fixed and in a timely manner we were OK with that. We would use them again and recommend them."
