"Southern Air Mechanical upgraded my AC unit and has actually saved me money on my monthly electric bill. They were quick, efficient and above all else professional. I felt like my family’s heating and AC needs were a top priority to them. I have been shouting their praises to anyone that will listen. Five stars from me!"

"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"Mechanical Comfort Systems installed a new heating and air system when my upstairs (where all the bedrooms are located) system went out in the heat of the summer on a Thursday (left for work and it was working... got home and it was 90 degrees upstairs). I had another HVAC contractor out before calling Mechanical Comfort Systems and their proposal was significantly more expensive for a lesser system than I received from Mechanical Comfort Systems (the efficiency of the system was an upgrade from existing, and other company quoted replacement with same efficiency as existing). The system was replaced quickly (on a Saturday), and the installers were great, very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the freeze this February, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Mechanical Comfort Systems came out the day after, even though driving conditions were still terrible and all my friends in similar situation were being told it'd be several days to a week before a plumber could come unless they paid some ridiculously expensive emergency fee... I recommended Mechanical Comfort Systems to three other people I knew that also had frozen pipes burst, and they all had them come after fix theirs after I gave them Mechanical Comfort Systems information. I strongly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems to anyone needing any plumbing or HVAC work. I'll definitely use them again... although I hope not anytime soon ?"

"Great! Friendly and professional. My unit wasn’t cooling and with current heat, the prompt response to service my unit was greatly appreciated. Spencer air conditioning and heating hires great people."

"My experience with them went okay. They were pretty good. I did not end up purchasing a thing in addition from them. I just asked them to do the one thing and it went pretty well. I think that he was there whenever I was not in the premises. It was quick and easy. They did the service as expected and it did not have any complications."

"The experience went very well he showed up exactly when they said he would and promptly educated us about what ailed our system. After an quick class on Ac 101 he gave us some options that helped get our problem resolved without pressure to BUY A NEW SYSTEM. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting an honest company to do the work."

"Great, again. Cost figure covers two visits a year for two systems."

"David called twice to give me updates on expected arrival time, which I appreciated. David and his partner arrived in the scheduled time window and performed seasonal maintenance on our system effectively and efficiently. David is clearly very knowledgeable, and my husband and I appreciated the information he shared with us. We learned important things about our HVAC system that might help us make future decisions regarding replacement or upgrades. We were both pleased with the service and the friendly conversation, and we plan to call DND again in the future. Thank you!"

"Service, Timeliness, Price, Technician] Fast, efficient, courteous, friendly, professional. What more could you ask for? He did a great job!!" All 5+ stars. Can't go wrong with this company!!"
