"This company is fantastic. I have used them for the past 7 years since relocating to North Carolina and they have always completed the work in a timely, cost effective manner. We have had the privilege of working with the same Service Tech. (David) that entire time. In my experience as a homeowner (35+ years) that is unheard of. David is on time for appointments (or calls is running late or early), quickly responds to emergency heating/cooling situations, and looks for repair solutions that will take care of the issue for the least possible cost. It is reassuring to "know" your tech. and have a good feeling about the job he is doing. We also have an annual service agreement with Duggins. We have two furnaces (one electric and one gas) and two a/c systems. Their annual service fee, in my opinion, is very reasonable. He spends whatever time necessary to do the job right. Our home was new construction and in the first couple of years we had a major repair to the system. Duggins did not do the original install but reached out to the manufacturer to make sure that the warranty work was covered. This may not seem like a big deal, but I was not aware the unit was still under warranty, and would have paid for everything - I do not believe all companies would even check about the warranty. I have no reservations recommending Duggins based on 7+ years personal experience with them!"

In fact, a discount was given us by the previous owner due to problems that existed with the HVAC system. Over a span of 2+ years we have had the unit looked at, serviced and repaired by three different companies, but each time the problem would eventually return. The technician from Miller services however, dug down until he identified the underlying issue that had been affecting the operation of the unit for years. From the time of the repair and through one of the hardest winters I have experienced in this state over the 67 years of my life, our HVAC system has performed flawlessly. I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services of any kind."

"I have had a service agreement with them for several years where they come to service my system in the spring and fall. They usually also do preventive maintenance and it has worked very well. I have stuck with them as they seem dependable and they are here when they say they are going to be. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I have used Pro Plumbing for years, and their quality has remained top-notch (some companies start out with stellar quality and service, but degrade over time). Today, I needed several things done (unclogging a slow drain, painting the fitting on a propane line, and fixing a leaky outside faucet), and Josh came out to perform all of the work (I sprung the final job on him last minute, and he was very professional and courteous - telling me that he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the work right then). Pro Plumbing practices up-front pricing, so after inspecting the areas where the work needed to be done, Josh was able to provide me with an itemized cost list, such that I could see exactly what I would be paying for each task (which allowed me the flexibility to choose whether or not I wanted to complete everything that day). Josh was very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing as he went along - making sure that everything was working as expected once he had completed each job. He also inspected everything after he had tuned the water back on - to ensure proper water flow to all faucets. As a bonus, he even showed me where to find the backflow valve for my irrigation system. I was very pleased and satisfied with Josh’s work and professionalism, and will definitely continue to use Pro Plumbing (and now they have electric and HAVC, as well!) for all my plumbing needs."
