There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. The crew showed up on time, they worked all day and into the night, and were very polite. They made a few modifications to our duct work that wasn't in the proposal, but needed to be done to increase the efficiency of the system, and didn't ask for a dime more. Once they were finished and left, the whole area was picked up and so clean you hardly knew they'd been here. Everything works great and we're very happy we hired them."

The owner, Fernando, was very quick to respond. He came out that Tuesday to see what I needed and was able to install it Thursday am. "It went great, they came out in no time, and were able to fix the A/C unit that I really thought was dead because it was old and I had issues with it in the past. This is not the first time I have used Morris A/C, infact I had a friend who had another A/C company come out to fix their unit and told them the compressor had blown and they needed to buy a new unit, I told them before they did that to have Russ from Morris A/C come out and take a look, just to get a second opinion. He got there and 30 minutes later they had a working A/C unit, it turned out it was just a blown fuse in the unit..... I can't speak highly enough about this company and I would never use anyone else. I rate them an 11 on a scale from 1 to 10!!!!"
