We didn’t want to have to deal with window air conditioners or removing the boiler system to replace with a forced air system; the half split was the best choice. Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor. The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. They were able to diagnose a leak in our system and provide a fix to get us through the remainder of summer. "Have used Apple Heating for 20+ years. Always provide A+ service to us. Have replaced 2 heat pumps of the years. When cooling went down they were there within 12 hours to restore service. They installed a 5 area zoning package in our last house that solved the cooling and heating problems in the upstairs bedrooms. Used one of there heating service contracts for many years to get our heat pumps cleaned and serviced twice a year. When moving to another house last year, never considered using any other company. There service people are always on time or call if they are late. Always clean up after there inspections, They always are polite and answer any questions I have had about my heating equipment."

"It was a Saturday afternoon on the coldest day of the winter and in the middle of the day the furnace just quit working. I figured; 3pm on a Saturday; no way I would find someone to come to the house. I called Kasidonis and within 10 minutes I got a call back, they were here in 25 minutes and within 30 minutes I had heat again. the service man was professional, polite and informative as well as respectful to the property. I used them again later for a inspect and clean. Very reasonable. Will continue to use as the need arises. Couldn't have gone better!!"

"I was having trouble with my hot water baseboard heat system, it was heating erratically. Paul Quinn picked up the phone on the spot and he came out almost immediately to take a look. He was right on time and it was obvious he really knew his stuff. He determined that my boiler was in fact running fine and 2 of my 4 thermostats weren't working. The rather embarassing solution was to replace the batteries on the programmable thermostats. He also tuned up the boiler to get it running just a little better. It was a very pleasant experience overall, even if I felt like a bit of a dope for not changing batteries. He also made some suggestions on how to warm up one room by adding some more radiant heat line, which my wife appreciated because it it her office! I will definitely be calling Paul when it comes time to add that extra line and replace my boiler!"
