"All Fuel saved the day! I took my stovepipe apart to clean it and did not realize that the top flange slips down the pipe. I thought that I had pushed the pipe up through the ceiling support box! Had a roofer out who assessed from topside and told me it looked good up there. I called around to other businesses and they “required” a tier 2 inspection for a cost of $359 and additional charge to come back out. All Fuel had me send photos and advised me that the pipe was fine and that I just needed to pull the end of the pipe upward to reconnect! Free of charge! They are reputable and honest and empathetic. I will use them for ANY AND ALL NEEDS! You can trust them. Thank you All Fuel!! Customer service 10 Star"

Happy to report that he stated when he didn't know the answer in depth, but suggested what may be the source of effects. The job was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. Quoted a list of optional improvements (chimney cap, brick cleaning/seal) and repairs (cement flue cap replacement) that should be considered, but that they not a limitation to safe usage of the fireplace. We do everything from total rebuilds to minor repairs and sweeps. Anything brick or stone we can help design a project with our free estimates. We also do gas inserts and wood stove installation. "Our chimney is about 60 years old and was in need of significant repair. Bridgetown gave us a very clear estimate of what needed to be done, with a couple options. We ended up having the upper portion of the chimney taken down and rebuilt, plus some maintenance on the lower portion of the chimney. The crew arrived on time and did the work in a very timely and professional manner. We were especially impressed with how all members of the crew seemed to genuinely want to do a good job and ensure that we were happy with the work. They made sure we knew what was going on and that all our questions were answered. They did a few extra things along the way without any extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"
