The Moving consultant quote it me a price for three helpers and the conversation was such that a final price when she talked about all the moving parts was about $554. When the crew arrived to unload my belongings, I was met with a bill of over $1500!!! The billing department representative was very knotty and I got no resolution, even though I pulled up notes and conversations from the moving consultant months prior to my move, that was discussed. I had to let my belongings stay on the truck held hostage! I called the corporate office and explained what I expected versus what happened…next day bill was at drop off was over $1200! I paid, but I’ll file a complaint!!!"
