Because of my job, I didn`t have much time, so I picked the service including packing but I was worried about packing the toys of my kids. Those are huge in number and sometimes they donâ t even give those to us. I was surprised with Tony and his team, really have a great sense of humor. It was a mystery how they managed to convince the kids to hand over their toys to pack. They were very cheery, efficient, and diligent. It would be my pleasure to recommend them."

"My rating is for the Moving crew only!! They were all professional, friendly, and efficient. From start to finish, I enjoyed their ability to transport my belongings and nothing was broke or missing! As far as the company itself as it relates to pricing and billing, I will be filing a complaint. I was absolutely gouged! The Moving consultant quote it me a price for three helpers and the conversation was such that a final price when she talked about all the moving parts was about $554. When the crew arrived to unload my belongings, I was met with a bill of over $1500!!! The billing department representative was very knotty and I got no resolution, even though I pulled up notes and conversations from the moving consultant months prior to my move, that was discussed. I had to let my belongings stay on the truck held hostage! I called the corporate office and explained what I expected versus what happened…next day bill was at drop off was over $1200! I paid, but I’ll file a complaint!!!"

"Our job was a small move, many boxes & large console tvs, no furniture. The original contact Janice was great to talk with & gave us a great price. The pick up went well, Sara kept me informed & answered all my calls & questions. The 2 folks that picked up the items were super nice & did a great job. The items were placed in company storage, and the actual move didn't happen until a week later, but all was delivered with no problems. Rebecca kept me informed on the day of the move, & arranged for me to talk to the mover/driver & to make final payments…..she was so pleasant to talk to & made the move much less stressful! The mover/driver Dedrick did a great job, taking it inside & placing it where we requested, making sure we were satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend these movers, they did a great job."
