"They didn't seem interested in repairing my furnace. All they wanted to do was sell me a new furnace. The demeanor of the technician, Nicholas, changed to argumentative and belligerent when I said I was not buying a new furnace. When I tried to complain to the manager, he became argumentative as well. He did return the diagnostic fee after I told him I was getting a 2nd opinion."

"Dick?s Heating has inspected our A/C & heating annually and efficiently and professionally maintained, repaired and/or replaced anything required for decades. Yesterday, our hot water heater stopped working. We called them yesterday and they ?squeezed? us in today for a plumber to come out to evaluate. It turned out to be a simple fix & we have hot water again. We?re grateful for Dick?s exceptional customer service!"
