The installation was totally completed within the single day, and at the end I was given a very thorough explanation of every piece and how it worked. Only problem was after they installed the new valve I couldn't get the heat to turn off so I had to switch the breaker to get the furnace to turn off. When they came back to check the problem, the tech who replaced the bad part forgot to remove the device that prevents the furnace from talking to the thermostat. Now my furnace and thermostat talk to each other."

"From start, meeting with the sales technician (Matt) who was willing to meet with us twice, never tried to "sell" us on it, to installation (we are fortunate to live 5 minutes from the office) which took Andrew and crew one day, to finish total clean up and to the tutorial making sure we received a thorough explanation of the new system, this was a breeze of a process and all the seatown staff from the techs to the office support were very professional and helpful. Now we have a new furnace, heat pump and thermostat that will work together to keep our home comfy. The soft starter module, which another company makes, burned out our compressor. AllRed quickly resolved the issue by replacing the compressor and getting us back online quickly.
