I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. "Affordable Siding and Windows completed a project on my home in April, 2018, Since that time, I have had one or two issues to come up on different occasions regarding my home and the possible concerns I had with the installation of the siding. Jesse, at my request, came to my home each time to check out those concerns. As it turned out, NONE of those issues had anything to do with the way the vinyl siding was installed. He immediately took care of each problem, whether it was a leak coming from my roof or a door jammed that needed to be repaired. Jesse did the necessary repairs efficiently even though those repairs, again, had nothing to do with the installation of the siding. This man is "God Sent"! He not only did a "PERFECT" job on the installation of the siding, he was willing to come to my home, at my request and check out the problems. Robert first came to our house on April 15, 2014, to give us an estimate. We liked the price and hired him. Robert has a great crew to work with Bobby, Brittany, Ricky, and Leo). We never had any concerns that the job would not be completed. The final work was done on June 21, 2014. The delays we had were having to wait for the windows to be made.  We will definitely hire Robert again as our next project is painting the interior and replacing the carpet and tile work.
