"I had an extremely frustrating experience with East Coast Comfort regarding a split AC/heat system. I first contacted them in July when the AC was not working properly. In October, after speaking with my HOA, I was told the unit was under warranty, which East Coast Comfort confirmed. Technicians came out, but the system only worked briefly before failing again. During the visit, one technician seemed unfamiliar with basic operation of the unit, and another stepped on my bed with dirty shoes, which I found unprofessional. In November, I was told there was a leak and a faulty sensor, but the issue was not fully resolved. Now, its a Christmas, and I am cold in my apartment, and East Coast wants more money for their visit, for something that they never fixed."

I went on the website and priced them at $11.02 each in stock. What a mark up. I was charged $107 to drain 2- 30? lines which once the main valve is turned off all faucets are drained leaving a little amount of water. I changed my faucets a week ago, I know the procedure and amount of water left in them. $95 was for the call and diagnosis. I was shown the invoice on his cell phone but did not get the invoice until after 3pm via email. The work was completed by 11:30am. I would have paid the $95 and asked him to leave."
