"I called on a Sunday in a panic as I was supposed to be on my way to Philly with my 2 year old to spend time with my critically ill in-law. Spoke to Robert who reassured me and told me he was familiar with my neighborhood and had actually worked on the house years ago for the previous owner. He right away knew what the issue was. He came to the house and assessed the issue keeping me up to date. He was able to get a backhoe to my house on short notice and installed a new line before I came back home a few days later. They had to dig a trench from the front of my house to the street, snake out and clear the line and install brand new pipe with clean outs. Highly recommend this company. They were professional and kept me up to date throughout the project. They were kind and understanding. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs."

They reconfigured an awkward gas pipe near my washing machine, replaced an exterior gas hose with a UV resistant one, and checked all gas piping including our gas fireplace. "The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."

He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future."

"Very pleased - arrived on time - quoted the above job - had to replaced faucet and 30 year + old sump pump, main shutoff - cleared drain for sink/disposal and fixed dish washer drain pipe etc. Jermaine had to get WSSC to come out and repair outside water feed, otherwise he would have completed in a few hours (had to wait for WSSC). "Wes showed up on time the same morning of my original call to Crown. He diagnosed my sump pump problem within ten minutes and I'm embarrassed to say it was a tripped GFCI circuit that my garage and backyard outlet shares. I should have known the first step of troubleshooting...check power source. After I reset GFCI in garage Wes verified the pump was working by observing several cycles. Sump pump replacement has been on my to do list for 15 year life and that's this year, so I'll be replacing both interior and exterior pumps in a couple of months. I'm going with a battery backup unit for the exterior sump. The prices for replacements are a skosh over the top end of my budget, but I'm impressed with the company, so I'll pay for the peace of mind."
