"I originally had a serviceman from Wooldridge Heating, Air, and Electric to evaluate our noisy, wobbling ceiling fan. It took a 12 ft. step ladder to reach, which I'm not able to do myself, anymore. Once it was determined that the motor was going bad in the fan, I asked them to return and replace it with a new one we bought. They two workers sent were prompt, polite, and very efficient. They had the old fan down and the new one in place in less than an hour. That included transferring a remote control receiver into the new fan canopy. They even took away the old defective fan. Very good service and at a very reasonable cost."

"It went splendidly.. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the professionalism of the installer, Scottie Fralin! He made a recommendation as to complete replacement of toilets which he obtained for me since I am elderly and have neuropathy in my hands and arms, making purchasing and handling the pickup of not one but TWO commodes daunting. He cleaned up the areas after he completed the work, leaving me “good to go”! I suppose I didn’t realize the old commodes were nearly 30 years old. I’m pleased with the replacement choices! I noticed in our mail thing that we are due for service on our system to keep our warranty up; to do so we are actually going to do a maintenance contract with them  it is about $96 yearly, but they come out and do inspections and everything. The owner is the one who came out and gave us a quote. We had them replace another system which was nor working correctly so the first the thing they did was send someone to inspect the old system to see what were the problems. They fixed it on the spot for free and did not even charge us to come out. They were very nice, courteous and stayed in contact with us the entire time. They were very nice, professional and they got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not charge us an insane amount of money for it. We had a name brand system. It was a well worth investment to have it done right.

"It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The floor sanders left my heat pump running while sanding. I replaced my duct filters three days in a row because they were filled with dust and debris. I needed help in a hurry, and Keith went out of his way to make it happen so my painters could arrive on time. I also had electrical work happening on the same day so the power was turned off. Keith went above and beyond to find a portable generator and complete the work. It was an all day job in the heat, and Keith got it done.
