"I originally had a serviceman from Wooldridge Heating, Air, and Electric to evaluate our noisy, wobbling ceiling fan. It took a 12 ft. step ladder to reach, which I'm not able to do myself, anymore. Once it was determined that the motor was going bad in the fan, I asked them to return and replace it with a new one we bought. They two workers sent were prompt, polite, and very efficient. They had the old fan down and the new one in place in less than an hour. That included transferring a remote control receiver into the new fan canopy. They even took away the old defective fan. Very good service and at a very reasonable cost."

"Fantastic customer service, quality of work, and price all the way around! Before work began, I was given a detailed breakdown of repair/pricing options available as well as helpful recommendations for long-term maintenance once the work was completed. Great job Will, Nathan, Kyle, Ryan and Shane! This company has earned my business for life!"

"Kevin responded quickly and was at my house when I arrived from work! He corrected the issue, explained the problem and told the price prior to the repair. Within a hour, I had HEAT! The price was more than fair and his professional manner is appreciated! I highly recommend star city and Kevin!"

"

I noticed in our mail thing that we are due for service on our system to keep our warranty up; to do so we are actually going to do a maintenance contract with them  it is about $96 yearly, but they come out and do inspections and everything. The owner is the one who came out and gave us a quote. We had them replace another system which was nor working correctly so the first the thing they did was send someone to inspect the old system to see what were the problems. They fixed it on the spot for free and did not even charge us to come out. They were very nice, courteous and stayed in contact with us the entire time. They were very nice, professional and they got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not charge us an insane amount of money for it. We had a name brand system. It was a well worth investment to have it done right.

"Keith did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure each vent and the duct work was cleaned properly. He also sanitized the return. Everyone needs yo have this done and I highly recommend a1 duct services to perform this job."

"They completed the heat pump installation work but did not come back to install a new filter rack system. I have contacted Mr Tilley three times for him to schedule the work. He came to my house but after two weeks no work has been scheduled. I am disabled and cannot change the filter without a great deal of discomfort, so I really need the work done. Update: The service took about an hour to complete."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"First off, I got on the schedule pretty quickly. Kaleb was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and charged a reasonable price. You can't ask for any more than that. I will definitely hire Johnston Cooling & Heating again."
