I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. I have gotten different stories from contractors regarding the installation process and how to handle the possibility of asbestos under the vinyl.  I wanted to speak with a professional who has worked with asbestos so I saw Jim's name on Angie's List and called him on a Friday afternoon at 4:30.  I was not only surprised that he answered the phone right away, but that he took the time to listen to the installation options I've been proposed and offered guidance.  Fortunately for me, the guidance he gave me doesn't require him to perform any work, however, if I do ever need this kind of work or am asked for a recommendation, he will be the first name out of my mouth.  I really appreciate the time he took to help me and level of comfort I now have in making my decision.

On a side note he came out on a Sunday @ no charge when I didn't have hot water the day after the install ; turns out it was a tripped breaker which he suggested I replace.
