So he apologized and said he had a customer scheduled for Sunday morning but he could come out Sunday afternoon. I asked how much for weekends (also it was Fathers Day) He explained no extra charge?????? I was shocked. We scheduled a time and day. Mike called before he came was very professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. He needed to replace the blower motor so I had to wait overnight for him to get it. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. The.y also subtracted the cost of the freon from the installation cost of a new A/C. One thing that was very impressive was that they were very punctual and gave us estimated time to have work completed.
