"Because this was in the winter, they brought a concrete heater and prepared the area of the patio that needed to be mudjacked. They called us with plenty of notice as to when they would be there and arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and were able to raise our back patio up the 3 inches or so that it had dropped and did not make a mess. We appreciated the fact that they honored a quote they'd given us last year, even though it took us a while to be in a financial position to hire them."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"The company was very friendly on the phone but could've done a better job with communication as there was a delay in getting the windows but that was only communicated when I called them. When they did install them it went very quickly and I was happy with the product however they did make a few holes and did not fix them or even let me know what had happened so we had to fix them."

"John didn't have the address, but his wife called and I walked over to greet John.  I supplied the base board and paid John for the nails.  I didn't have the right kind of caulk so he supplies what he had on hand.  He measured, cut and installed the base board in the three hours that was paid for.  It really is good looking.

"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. He wanted to know how the space was to be used, who would use it, what our expectations were and special requirements. He drew up a plan that was perfect for us.The construction went like clockwork on the schedule our project manager Ben set up. We were kept informed of progress regularly and all of the materials vendors we met with were fantastic. Picking out cabinets, counter tops, carpet, tile, and paint colors was quick and easy. Their promise was done in 45 days or less and they were done in less than 45 days with a 900 square foot basement. They contacted us today for a followup check of anything that needed to be fixed. They were very pleasant to work with and we were not bothered by workers at all. Ben coordinated everything and made sure it all went right.
