"From the beginning, I could not be happier with Holtzople. Mo did an outstanding job in listening to what I wanted and explaining the different options available that would fulfill my wants and needs. He did not pressure, but made sure I understood the pros and cons of each system form a performance and cost standpoint. Once I decided on a system, he set up a time that worked best for me to have the system installed. Holtzople sent the A team out. Andrew contacted me to let me know they were on the way and once there, Andrew, Dwane and Will discussed any concerns with me before they started. They pulled the old system out, kept the area clean and updated me with the progress and whenever there were any questions. Dwayne found the perfect spot for the return air duct and installed it after getting my agreement. The three of them worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up after they were done. Andrew and Will walked me through setting up the thermostat app on my phone. They went through the entire system and pointed out the features in the quote, where they were located and how to perform the basics. Overall, I am very happy with the entire process from quote through install."

"They came and inspected the sump pump. They recommended for it to be replaced. I was okay with it so they replaced it. They completed within half an hour. We then discussed the bill. They agreed to take off $50 because they have an Angie's List coupon that offers $50 off. There was also a coupon for $250 off a system installation for Angie's List members. I told them of this and they said it would only apply for HVAC units and I said to them that they are more than HVAC company, they provide more services than HVAC. They did not specify that its only for HVAC. The technician agreed and said that they're going to have to change that within our website. This was extremely misleading and felt like a bait and switch."

"Alder Cruz and his company American Air is our HVAC Company. Alder has taken care of our HVAC needs since his first visit to our home @2015. He uncovered an intermittent problem with our system that was not found by several other specialists/companies. We were spending over $300 monthly having different people trying to help us. Alders persistence and technical skills are top notch! He continues to provide us superior service. He has replaced both our heating systems. One system was switched from gas to electric. "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."

"Their installation team was incredible. Timely and finished earlier then anticipated. Gave the house great care in making sure rugs and floors were covered and all inside workers had protective gear around feet. Worked as a great team. Would definitely use them again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
