"They arrived on time & started taking out the old flooring. Lunches were short & very few breaks. The upstairs bedroom flooring and hall were down in less than 2 days. The house was built in 1976 and stairs were a real challenge due to a structural problems. They keep us informed on what was happening and asked our opinion when needed. We liked the can-do attitude the young men exhibited. They did not take short cuts and took pride in their work. We had as many as 5 working the first day and rest of the time a two man crew. The finish product exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend White's Flooring."

After our original agreed upon install date on a Monday, I decided I wanted to order a few more boards to tack an addition room onto the scope of work. That said we needed it done in time for renters to move in that Saturday, and the square footage involved was not going to be a large return on investment for him. Nevertheless, Andrew made room in his schedule to come back to our place Friday as soon as the boards arrived to ensure finish the additional room and ensure I was happy. "If you want a contractor who will pay attention to problems/defects from previous repairs (or original construction), bring these to your attention and correct the problem, then Cyril is the guy for you.  
Was the final cost higher than the estimate?  Yes, but only because he discovered problems with the original construction to my attention and provided suggestions to resolve.  When you find that the posts that hold up a deck 20+ feet high are sitting on dirt or a scrap of 2x10 with no concrete support, that's something I want to know and fix.  The final cost was reasonable, given the extra work I authorized Cyril to complete in order to ensure the safety of my family and guest.  Cyril always let me know what he had found, including pictures to document (I wasn't on site) and didn't perform extra work without permission.
I think he did a fabulous job.  We are very pleased with the work and the finished result.  
I will definitely use Cyril again.
