"Let's just say I saved a lot of money by having them come out and provide a second opinion.  ACE came on-site promptly and diagnosed relatively light issues with our units that were causing them to not operate correctly.  They performed some of the repairs to get some sections running that day, even in the 100+ degree heat we were having and came back in two days with a repair part to fix the remaining unit.  These units have run non-stop without any additional intervention.  Can't believe another provider was trying to tell us to replace the units for a very considerable cost when ACE was able to quickly see and diagnose the issues.

"Probably some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company I have ever dealt with....Price was lower than every other estimate I received even tho they gave me a 2 1/2 ton unit while price was cheaper than several other companies who gave me estimates for a 2 ton unit.....Even tho they were swamped an had other installs booked ahead of me and were booked for a month ahead already...the fact that we had no a/c during 90 degree temps they worked us in in less than 2 weeks and managed to get our old worn out unit working enough to make the 2 weeks bearable at no additional price other than the quoted price for the install of new unit...warranty was hands down better than every single other company I had gotten quotes from...This day and age it was a complete pleasure to find a company that still believes in this kind of customer service...I was looking to a complete replacement of our home's heat and air with such dread but they made it effortless,affordable,quick and the unit is cooling our house better than it has ever been...and our utility bill is somewhere around 20 to 25% lower than it's ever been...Outstanding company!!"

"mixed reviews.  I didn't read the fine print so the purchase only covered 8 vents.  Well I had 18 vents.  So that was an extra $200.  They told me about it and I originally was not going to have them all done but they said if the other vents were blocked then doing the 8 would be ineffective. 

I went back and looked at the fine print.  It should include that 8 vents is about the size of a small apartment.  I have a 3 BR 1 floor house.  I would not have purchased had I realized at the time how much it would end up being.  

But they were prompt, courteous, explained everything well.  If I wanted to spend that type of money i would hire them again.
