The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were professional, knowledgeable, and did a very clean, well-organized basement install. Patrick took the time to explain how the system works and what maintenance is required. Christine in the office was friendly and extremely helpful with payment and organizing all documentation needed for state reimbursement related to the PFAS system. "Please describe (in detail) the services performed Example Dos and Don'ts I had a reno being done and he had to come in and fix what another unloicensed plumber had done...I didn't know he was unlicensed. It was a mess. He had to come out many times throughout the process. Always repsonded to my calls! Came when he said he would! Did what he sadi he would! Charged what he said he would! A pleasure to work with."

"Handle fell off tub faucet. Repairman said $965 repair. No other options given. I declined further service. We picked up a $5 handle at hardware store and problem solved. I reached out to higher ups and they did contact me, apologized, wished I had been told that I had the option of putting a new handle but there could be other work needed in the future or I could do all the work he wanted for his price. They did refund me the $85.00 I paid to have him show up so I can't say they're all bad or buyer beware. Hopefully by now they have changed how they handle these types of service calls in the future."
