Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark,  3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price!  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.

I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct.  There was no issues other than my bad timing.

I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.

"I needed to add insulation over my existing insulation so I wanted to get 3 estimates. Mr. Manuel Contreras Owner of Insulation Works was the first person I scheduled. He did a thorough inspection of every square foot of my attic and recommended all the old insulation be removed because it was contaminated with varmint feces which smelled really bad. He showed me photos of everything he saw including a couple of dead rats and recommended my attic be sanitized and deodorized to remove all odors and bacteria which were a health hazard before installation of any new insulation. He said he would use an Ozone Machine in my attic to ensure all odors and bacteria were removed. Mr. Contreras gave me a quote for R38 Fiberglass Insulation to increase my home's energy efficiency. He informed me of an available CPS Rebate and said he was a CPS Approved Installer and offered to assist me in filing for the rebate which made it easy for me right away. Mr. Contreras told me Insulation Works is a Family Business doing business in the San Antonio area for over 20 Years and that he strictly adheres to the principle of doing the job right the first time every time and at a fair competitive price. I was very impressed with his knowledge and I felt so confident with him that I decided to let him do the job without obtaining any further quotes and we scheduled the work. His schedule was busy, out a couple of weeks but he offered to do the work on a Sunday which I greatly appreciated. After the work was done my attic looked Amazing and smelled as fresh as the inside of our home. He even left several rulers to show the height measurement of the fiberglass insulation. He cleaned thoroughly after the job and even sanitized my Furnace and Water Heater Closets at no extra charge and when he noticed my exterior doors needed new weather stripping he replaced the old weather stripping on three doors as a courtesy at no cost to me. It's an understatement to say Insulation Works provided me Professionl Service done right. Without any question I will use his company again and I Highly Recommend Insulation Works to anyone interested in having their attic insulated the Professional way."

"My experience with Energy Attic USA went really well. They were very good price wise. They did a good job and they’re the only company that I find that would do a reading and barrier that actually use a metallic foil reading barrier that they would put in instead of spray. That’s what I wanted. It’s supposed to be much better. It’s all under insulation."

"Went as expected. My repair person was on time and professional. He has 22 years of electrical experience which I appreciated. He was efficient and explained his work. He also suggested some improvement work some of which I'm moving forward on. I live in an older home so it made sense. "The home was older with 2 working systems and an abandoned system, this had been revised over the years before I purchased the home so I am sure the configuration was complicated. Several things they fixed correctly, however, when the new duct work was installed neither of the guys that originally evaluated the system was present and some of the duct work was not installed properly - ducts were left too long and kinked into spaces reducing airflow and two supply lines were also connected to returns. I actually felt the cold air blowing out of both the supply and return ducts so I know the wrong ducts were connected in two rooms.  Old duct work that had been connected to a newer system was not recognized in the original evaluation so was not replaced and those rooms went from poor air conditioning to no air conditioning. Two companies I asked to review and estimate corrections to the Tasco repairs both checked the abandoned system for working ducts as part of their review and mentioned that is a common problem they always look for. Laine, who originally inspected the system and recommended the repairs, and is the reason I chose Tasco, never returned to the property again...not to oversee or check the work despite my request to do so. When it was time for the inspection, Tasco was suppose to be present but did not show up and the inspection failed, requiring a repeat inspection and another afternoon of my time. There was a representative from Tasco for the second inspection. In their defense, Tasco was responsive to my calls and was going to try to address the problems but by then I felt it better to use a company where the same person would supervise all the work for the revisions and anything new I needed in the future.

"Erica & Louis Marrone - Reece was our salesman and he seems like a very honest and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He went over with us to our SDG & E bills and helped us save electricity even if we were not going to buy it. Tiffany was prompt and emailed me back when I needed questions. Installers did a great job installing the panels. Solar looks great on the roof very happy about it. Solar edge app is very simple to use and easy to track your production use."

"This is the 4th unit we have replaced in our 35 year marriage. We both believe Henry Rodriguez is one of the most knowledgeable heating and air conditioning person we have ever met. He is the owner of the company and takes great pride in his work and the work done by his employees.
Our duct work was improperly installed and  had lots of holes in the ducts. Henry went over and beyond my husbands expectation. When they encountered something that was done improperly, he fixed it at no additional charge to us. He even found copper pipe that was improperly sized and replaced it.
His crew were very clean cut, professional, polite men.
We would absolutely hire them again and recommend that anyone in need of heating or air conditioning work call Texas Air for a free consultation.

"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels.
