"When Insulation Alliance came, they were very professional. They laid down plastic everywhere in the hallway and the bedroom. They cleaned out the whole attic. They took out the old insulation and put in the new Insulation which was R 44. They cleaned up everything and everything was clean when they left. They also sanitized the attic. "We had an infestation problem at the attic that required us to replace the insulation. Marcus from Attic Masters came over to check and to try and save anything from the insulation. According to him, it was worth it to just replace the whole attic insulation and to solve this problem once and for all. Marcus did his best to give us the best price he could and we decided to go ahead and do it.
Marcus worked at our house for 2 days in which he removed all the old one on the first day and the following day he placed the new insulation and the problem was over. The work that he did was professional and clean. All the old insulation was removed in bags and there was no dust or dirt in the house.

The installers were good too, letting me climb the ladder and look at the work, cleaning out the old insulation and advising me they found no termites or rodent droppings. I wish they would have vacuumed the bedroom where they brought in a lot of dirt on the carpet, and also used the shop vac in the garage afterwards, as I had to clean up afterwards, which took me an extra hour.
