"I was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work performed by Israel, Edgar and Jose to troubleshoot the problem with my clogged gas dryer vent and disconnected exhaust pipe behind the dryer. Israel especially went out of his way to straighten out the problem with the outside attic vent cover and gave me some useful info on gas dryer vent checkup and maintenance. Their customer support team member was helpful in keeping me informed of my appointment date and time of arrival. I plan to use Sears cleaning services in future and recommend them to my family and friends, too."

"I highly recommend Matthew and his crew, if you are looking for HVAC work to be done. My wife and I just purchased this house built in 1989. The HVAC configuration in the attic was either original equipment, poorly patched work, or equipment that was not compatible with the new air conditioner. "It was a three day job. 

They had to come back because the evaporator coil in the attic was defective from the factory. They didn't catch and I didn't neither when they first installed but it showed after a month. They came back out took out the old one and put in a new one and its worked ever since.

If you have to have heating and air work I certainly look at them. We've used them for inspections for quite a number of years but this was a major replacement and they did that well."
