"John Carroll and his son John did an excellent job with repairs done to my 2 1/2 family house.  John was easy to work with and any time I needed to contact him, he quickly responded.  Pricing was on point.
     After the harsh winter and high winds, a large section of vinyl siding on the back of my house blew off.  Replacement siding was perfectly matched and seamlessly blends.  The siding on the front porch was buckling due to improper installation and it now looks great.
     Inside of the house three locksets were installed to replace original door closures in my 1895 home.  Three new windows were installed and now function beautifully.

"My husband and I wanted to build a new 3 season porch to replace our deck that failed. We interviewed 3 companies to perform the work. We choose Durable Remodeling. Dean Willette discussed the project taking the time to understand what were the key aspects of the project. He then discussed the options that were available to so we were able to make informed decisions throughout the process. The quote was very competitive. Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The team showed up when committed, the team was knowledgeable and respectful. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. When the work finished my house looked fabulous! The work was top notch. During one of the walkthroughs with the crew and the town inspectors, the inspector stopped in to tell me what a good job the team was doing. We really appreciated that. "We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"
