"Absolutely professional! The service was quick, Austin was informative, and explaining even possible causes of the problem (pilot light blew out). The cost for repair was so worth it. Excellent quality. The office staff is amazing and informative! Highly recommend! Thank You!"

"The owner of the company, Jeremy Morin, was prompt and the furnance was cleaned in a timely manner. Also, he followed up with an email advising me on quotes for a new furnance as well. I will definitely continue my services with this company, and will be referring his business to my family and friends as well. I would like to mention Jeremy is a Veteran as well, and offers discounts to service men and women. Thank you again for a job well done."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

Very knowledgeable , professional and patient by explaining what is being done. I highly recommend them ."

"Everyone, from initial analysis to job completion, was professional, courteous, and exceptionally friendly within the constraints of the COVID19 situation. They did our job the day before lockdown and provided masks for themselves and us, even though the masks were not a recommended precaution yet. They did not over-promise any dollar amount savings; they only guaranteed that we would feel more comfortable or they would come back until we did. And we do. All the other insulating and heating measures we've taken - including a gas fireplace, new windows, thermal curtains and lots of rugs - never gave us the level of comfort that we have now. There have been a couple of minor issues regarding tape that didn't stick, and John was immediately responsive; at first porch-delivering a new roll of tape for us to try ourselves. When that didn't work, he scheduled someone to come by the next day to work on it, but for our safety and theirs, we asked him to hold off until after the lockdown is lifted. We have NO DOUBTS that John will do what he said he would. If Global Dwelling provided another service that we needed, we would not hesitate to hire them again."

"I needed service in a hiurry, and these guys were prompt and punctual, finishing the project ahead of schedule!"

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.

"My business was without heat for nearly a week, and our regular HVAC company couldn’t make it out, we decided to reach out to Moore Mechanical. We’re so glad we did! The owner, Jerry, personally came to assist us. He was incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and what was needed to fix it. Thanks to Jerry’s expertise, our furnace was diagnosed and repaired the same day! We’re beyond impressed with the service and professionalism and are happy to say that Moore Mechanical will be our go-to provider for all our HVAC needs going forward. Thank you so much!!"
